Course Description
A two day course designed to give new and existing employees to the Freight Forwarding Industry an overall view of export air procedures. Covering export regulations, air freight documentation, services and freight rates, this course will provide the learner with the valuable tools and understanding of export air freight procedures as required.
The course also meets Minimum Staff Requirement competency standards of IATA in regard to services and handling functions, prescribed under IATA Resolution 809, Section 2.1
